This is an Areca palm one of the most common houseplants. It may look a bit like the Kentia, but nothing could be further from the truth! With its softer leaves, this Areca palm is also called the Golden Palm. It owes this name to its yellow-orange fruits, which unfortunately it will not produce quickly in a normal room.
Officially its full name is Areca Chrysalidocarpus Dypsis Lutescens. How long we thought so! So we just call him Areca. Areca likes to stand in the light, but can’t stand direct sunlight. Regularly enough water and you don’t have a child on Areca.
Upon delivery you will not only receive Areca, but also a breathable plastic inner pot. Repotting is not immediately necessary. Put it in a nice flowerpot close to the window and you can enjoy it for a long time.
