No. We can be very brief on this one. Plants are natural products and therefore differ almost 100% from product photos. These characteristics make plants extra special and special.
We do not retain your order details longer than necessary. In all cases we will keep your data for a maximum of 1 year. We also store data provided by cookies for up to 1 year. What cookies do we use and what do we do with them? You can read about it on our cookie page.
Yes, that’s possible in the case of plants. Would you like to receive your plant via evening delivery? In that case, please contact us. Please share the desired delivery day. Then we will immediately look at the possibilities for you. About evening delivery you can contact our customer service via: firstname.lastname@example.org.
At this moment, evening delivery is not yet possible to choose during the ordering process. Also, evening delivery is not yet possible when ordering flower pots and accessories.
Did you find a nice plant? Or are you enthusiastic about our flower pots? Nice! You can pay the order via iDeal, Credit Card or Afterpay. Do you live in Belgium? Then you can also pay your order with Bancontact.
Plants are shipped within 48 hours on working days. Within 2 days you will receive your order. Do you order in the weekend? Then you can expect your plant on Tuesday.
Products of Het Planten Atelier are shipped within 3 working days.
Unfortunately not. The order you place will be processed automatically and sent directly to the grower. The logistical process at PostNL is also set in motion immediately. As long as the product is undamaged, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
Did you order a plant? Living and perishable products, such as plants, are legally excluded from this right of withdrawal. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to return a plant.
Our plants come directly from the grower. Both the grower and PostNL carry out quality checks, after which the plant(s) are professionally packaged. The same applies to flower pots and accessories.
If the plant you have received does not meet the quality expectation, you can contact us via email@example.com. Would you also like to send some photos of the plant? Then we can check what and if something went wrong during the quality control.
If the plant does not meet the quality standard, we will contact you as soon as possible to look for a suitable solution.
Did you receive a damaged product? If so, please report it to our customer service department within 48 hours of receipt via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then contact you and look for a suitable solution. In case of a damaged product, it is wise to send along photos showing the damage of the plant.
Did you receive the wrong plant or did something else go wrong during the order? Unfortunately, we too sometimes make mistakes. Fortunately, we always learn from them.
Please contact customer service within 48 hours after receiving the wrong order at email@example.com. Then together we will look at possibilities to solve the situation.
Contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also send the order details such as your order number directly. Have you received a track and trace from PostNL? Then we would also like to receive the track and trace number. If you include all this information in an email to customer service, we can help you sooner.
Are you disappointed with the products you ordered? Hopefully we can make you happy again soon. You have the right to return products ordered online within 14 days of receipt, without giving reasons.

Houseplants may therefore not be exchanged or returned.
Did you order a flowerpot, but it is not entirely to your liking? Then of course you can exchange or return it. The same applies to accessories such as plant nutrition.
We hope it’s not necessary, but you have the right to revoke an online product within 14 days without reason. Please use our return form to do so.
Please note! The costs for returning the product are entirely at the expense of the buyer. When returning or exchanging we expect the products back in good condition. This means: the products will be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. This way we can make someone else happy with your returned product.
Once we have received your return, the amount will be transferred to your account within 14 days. You will receive the purchase amount under the name Studioplant.
