Would you like to know everything about the shipment of our plants? Are you curious about the packaging, or just curious when you can expect your order? Then you’ve come to the right place.

How will my plants be shipped?

Don’t worry! We ship our plants in cooperation with PostNL. Together with nurseries, PostNL has developed special packaging for houseplants. This way, plates are sent safely throughout Europe. Even upside down your plants are safe!

Before your order is sent in the plant-friendly packaging, we give the plants a little bit of our love. In this way, the plants come to your home rested. The plants may have to get used to their new home, but a plant also suffers if it is taken directly from the garden centre.

Pay attention! Because our plants come from different growers, it is possible that the plants are packed or delivered separately.

Frequently asked questions about delivery

Yes, that’s possible in the case of plants. Would you like to receive your plant via evening delivery? In that case, please contact us. Please share the desired delivery day. Then we will immediately look at the possibilities for you. About evening delivery you can contact our customer service via: info@studioplant.nl.

At this moment, evening delivery is not yet possible to choose during the ordering process. Also, evening delivery is not yet possible when ordering flower pots and accessories.

Plants are shipped within 48 hours on working days. Within 2 days you will receive your order. Do you order in the weekend? Then you can expect your plant on Tuesday.

Products of Het Planten Atelier are shipped within 3 working days.

Good news! We ship your order for free within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Unfortunately not. The order you place will be processed automatically and sent directly to the grower. The logistical process at PostNL is also set in motion immediately. As long as the product is undamaged, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.

Did you order a plant? Living and perishable products, such as plants, are legally excluded from this right of withdrawal. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to return a plant.
